Shipping policy

Order Processing Time

All orders are made to order and are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed (excluding weekends and holidays).

Processing times may vary during high-volume periods, promotions, or holidays.

Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped according to the shipping method selected at checkout.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Shipping timelines may vary based on:

  • Destination

  • Shipping carrier

  • Customs processing (for international orders)

  • Circumstances outside our control

PRIMEDEALS.CA is not responsible for carrier delays.


Shipping Locations

We currently ship to Canada, the United States, and select international destinations.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.


Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

PRIMEDEALS.CA is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an address error, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges to reship the order.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, PRIMEDEALS.CA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package appears delayed or lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number. If you need assistance, you may contact us at support@primedeals.ca, and we will do our best to help.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@primedeals.ca and include clear photo evidence of the issue.

Eligible issues will be resolved according to our Refund & Return Policy, which may include a replacement or refund at our discretion.


Shipping & Returns

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size or color selection, or buyer’s remorse.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except where required by law or expressly stated in our Refund Policy.
