Refund & Return Policy

Because our products are made to order, we follow a return and refund policy aligned with our production partners, including Printify.

Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.


Made-to-Order Products (Important)

All PRIMEDEALS.CA products are made to order, meaning they are printed or produced only after an order is placed. For this reason:

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

    • Change of mind

    • Wrong size or color selected

    • Buyer’s remorse

    • Ordering the wrong item

Made-to-order items cannot be restocked or resold.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We do offer replacements or refunds if your item arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Printed incorrectly

  • Missing design elements due to a production error

To qualify:

  • You must contact us within 30 days of delivery

  • You must provide clear photo evidence showing the issue

  • Photos should include:

    • The damaged or defective area

    • The entire product (when possible)

Resolution Options

Once your claim is approved, we will offer one of the following, depending on the situation:

  • A free replacement (reprint)

  • A refund to your original payment method

In most cases, you will not be required to return the item.


Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method

  • Processing may take 5–10 business days

  • Banks and credit card providers may take additional time to post the refund


Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to a production error.

  • Approved refunds or reprints related to production issues may include shipping costs at our discretion.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If an item qualifies under our damage or defect policy, we will issue a replacement or refund as appropriate.


European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, the EU 14-day cooling-off period does not apply except where required by law for defective or incorrect items.

Our products are made specifically for each customer after purchase. This allows us to offer unique designs and quality production, but it also means we cannot accept standard returns for change of mind or incorrect selections.

We’re always happy to help resolve genuine issues and will make things right when a production error occurs.
